Finally, my salvation has come.
Evan Wilhelm was dead. I killed him.
Evan Wilhelm lost his final duel against Clarissa Edelrose. The day she could defeat him was a day that he had been waiting for. To be freed, that was his salvation. Clarissa thought that by killing Evan and getting her revenge, she too, would be at peace, but she was wrong.

Story Settings
- Thyrs Empire
The Thyrs Empire was known throughout its history as the military powerhouse in the continent. Led by an ambitious Emperor, the Thrys Empire wished to conquer the continent and unify it under the rule of their Emperor. They were waging wars with neighborhood countries. However, Arvis Kingdom, with Clarissa and Harold on the frontline seemed to put the mighty Empire at disadvantage.

The Arvis Kingdom stood against Thrys Empire. They put up remarkable fights, halting the Empire's advances. Thanks to the force led by Harold Wilfred, their chance to win the war seemed to get bigger.

Characters
- Evan Wilhelm (a.k.a The Obsidian Knight)
The strongest knight and general of Thrys despite his young age. An illegitimate child of the current head of the Ministry of Defense who was also the former General of Thrys. He proved himself worthy of Wilhelm name with his strength. Thus, no one ever complained about his lineage. Evan admired knights and it was his childhood dream to become a knight. Ambidextrous. He was a man of few words. In a certain battle, he fought Claude Edelrose, his role model, and managed to defeat him. Depressed by the wars, he was waiting for the day someone would take him down.
- Clarissa Edelrose (a.k.a The Bloody Valkyrie)
Claude's younger sister. Also known as the Bloody Valkyrie. A female knight feared by both Thyrs and Arvis knights. Just like Evan, she admired knights and saw Claude as her role model. Having her brother killed by Evan, she vowed to take him down herself. She was strong but still lacked experience.
- Claude Edelrose
One of the generals of Arvis Kingdom, the commander of the Order of White Owl. The first son of the Edelrose household which was the family of knights. On top of his battle prowess, Claude had a bright and humble personality along with charisma. He crossed swords with Evan several times until in a certain battle he was defeated by the latter.
- Harold Wilfred (a.k.a The Twilight Blade)
Also known as the Twilight Blade of Arvis. Clarissa's commander and Claude's best friend. He had a rough time keeping Clarissa in line due to her burning hatred and desire for revenge.

"Now, the world-building seems quite developed for such a short game (and congrats for conveying so much in a few words): is there another game developing it, or do you intend to create something bigger?" I asked two years ago, when I played Unsent Letter, and I'm glad to see Evan again... if we forget that he... erm... that he's seen better days.
The story was very emotional! I enjoyed that it carried the themes of the previous game in this universe, the alienation and the absurdity war is. I'm still an anti-militarist so it still spoke to me looool, but ultimately, more than in the previous game, the emotion is what caught me! I enjoyed that the game portrayed the two perspectives of Evan and Clarissa. The music track was also chosen very well, and it really tugged on my heartstrings haha!
The art was also GORGEOUS!! In the previous entry, it was quite calm, appeasing, tranquil even, "a brief moment of breathing before everything explodes again", I wrote two years ago. This time, we're after the explosion: we're at the downfall, and the piece was both serene, tragic, and, in one word, solemn. It held gravity, the type that makes you hold your breath! It truly was absolutely magnificent, and Evan is as handsome as ever, even in his death!

After finishing this game, Unsent Letter is like a fever dream. Yeah, Evan is very handsome and this soundtrack is just perfect. Even I can't stop staring at him, but omg he is dead :((
